It started, as most meaningful things do among friends, with a conversation that kept circling back to something that mattered.
Julie and I were talking about leadership—about how one person can completely change the heartbeat of a small or mid-size company. The right person joins a team, and suddenly things move differently. Communication opens up. Progress feels lighter. There’s energy again.

We both knew that feeling. And we also knew how hard it is to find.
Because let’s be honest—team building has gotten messy. Recruiting feels rushed, disconnected, and often too focused on boxes to check instead of people to know.
Resumes tell us where someone’s been, but not who they are. Interviews are quick snapshots when what we need is a whole picture.
We ask hiring managers to evaluate fit without ever giving them a way to really see it.
And yet, we all know what makes the difference on a team—it’s the human stuff. The trust. The chemistry. The shared purpose.
That’s where Kinspire began.

We both believe people are the heartbeat of every organization—the gold standard of success. When the right person joins the right team, everything changes. The work feels lighter. The ideas flow faster. The results follow.
So we started asking: What if we could help leaders build teams more intentionally? What if we could move past “filling a position” and focus on creating alignment—between people, purpose, and possibility?
Kinspire was born from that question.
Our purpose is simple: to align purpose-driven people with the right company and the right role—so teams can thrive, not just function.

I t’s about more than hiring. It’s about building. Building trust. Building connection. Building teams that can grow together through change.
We use a coaching-informed, human-first approach to help organizations see beyond the résumé—to understand who someone is, how they lead, and where they’ll bring the most value. We help people find places where their work feels like an extension of who they are.
Because when you start with alignment, everything else gets easier.
Performance improves. Retention grows. The energy shifts from “just getting it done” to “we’re in this together.”
That’s the kind of work that lights us up.
Kinspire is our way of bringing humanity back to team-building—where fit goes deeper than skills, and every connection feels like it’s meant to be there.
