“I’ve Never Felt So Seen” — Rethinking Leadership

I have to tell you — I’ve never been called an Embodied Sage before. That was delightful!
When we first developed the Talent360™ Profile, we started testing it with friends, family, and colleagues. Our goal was clear and simple:
No assessments. No surveys. No personality tests.
Just the story people are already telling — through their own words, achievements, and voice.
We wanted to translate that into a multidimensional portrait of leadership and motivation — a kind of data-backed intuition. Something that felt more human, less clinical. A low-friction, authentic way to see and present a person — built entirely from what they’ve already said about themselves.
But at the time, no one really knew what we were doing.
So before sharing the profile we created for them, we’d send each person a short assessment. We’d then compare the results to their Talent360 profile — to check for alignment. The funny part?
Many of them thought the assessment was how we created the profile, not the other way around.
That was how we validated our process — and discovered that our profiles were more than 90% accurate in reflecting how people saw themselves.
And the responses we got… well, they made us pause.
One friend said, “I’ve never felt so seen and loved.” Another said, “This describes me better than I could have described myself.”
Those messages were both humbling and affirming. They told us we were on the right track — creating something that helps people see their own strengths and leadership through a lens that’s both data-informed and deeply human.

And maybe that’s what an Embodied Sage really is — someone who finally sees their own wisdom, clearly reflected back.
